The Redworth Hall Hotel in County Durham is a fantastic location and one we love doing every time we visit here. The home of Lord Surtees. In Jan 2010 we held our first investigation here along with twenty public members.

This eary hotel has a somewhat sketchy past when it comes to knowing who haunts this building and all we no is that something is defiantly still hanging around from a previous life. We arrived here knowing that past stories of a woman dressed in white walked the corridors and a cellar in pitch black that is haunted by a dark and scary man.

The investigation went quietly as some do and nothing exceptional came to fruition on the night. However the usual knocks and bangs were heard and people through out the evening felt uncomfortable and event at one stage had to leave the investigation after suddenly coming down with an illness.

The great hall at this location always throws up a few surprises and even thought not the darkest of investigation places this large hall was very active for one team when taking part in the ouija board sessions through out the evening. Many words were spelled out but nothing really made much sense to either the investigating team or the hotel staff when asked.
